Guilds & Social Gameplay
A key expansion with the Ascended version of Eternium is the addition of social gameplay. Guilds form a central part of Eternium Ascended and represent a new addition not currently seen in the web2 version.
Guilds encourage players to work together to achieve common goals such as obtaining rare items, researching powerful boosts, or defeating monstrous enemies. Asynchronous multiplayer modes allow you to team up with your friends from across the world without having to stay up all night for an event to begin.
A player’s Guild is account bound, allowing playing with - or against - friends across all Heroes and Events. Upgrade your guild and bolster its defenses while scouring the world for rare crafting blueprints, which require the effort of multiple powerful crafters to create, while sharing advice and tactics with your colleagues.
World Bosses - NEW!
Join forces with your guildmates to take down a catastrophic threat! Your skill to inflict, avoid, and absorb damage will be put to the test as you aim to destroy your opponent before other Guilds defeat theirs. Each Guild may assign up to a certain number of Champions to the task. Guilds earn rewards based on their relative performance. Players earn rewards based on their Champions’ contribution to the group goal.
Guild Wars - NEW!
Guild Wars pits you against your enemies as you plan, strategize and fortify your defenses before laying siege to your enemies strongholds while they try to destroy yours. Guilds will assign Champions for offensive and defensive roles. Attackers will face off against the opposing team’s defenders in asynchronous battles in an attempt to plunder the enemy’s Guildhall.
